SEASTAY BEACH HOUSE
is a brand new 5 bedroom 3 bathroom luxuriously fitted out and fully equipped architecurally designed beach house set on a large park like block located on the beach at Culburra . Although Seastay is right on the beach the house is situated in such a position as to take advantage of the cooling seabreezes but at the same time is sheltered from all the prevailing coastal winds which can ofter spoil such a holiday while at the same time this position provides commanding beach and ocean veiws. We have swum and surfed with a regular pod of dolphins, sometime as many as 50 to 100 that cruise by most days. The main deck is perfect for seasonal whale watching. (click photo gallery)

SWIMMING & SURFING
With 2 patrolled beach areas, one just north of the house and one a leasurely stroll south at Tilbury Cove there is always somewhere safe for the kids to swim. For the keen surfers there is always good surf banks in front of the house and an excellent point break 500 mtrs up the beach at Crookhaven Heads. Wind surfing and kite surfing are popular too. FISHING
For our guest who love to fish there is good beach fishing in front of the house and for the more experienced, excellent rock fishing an easy walk along the beach or for those with a boat we have lots of room and the best boat ramp in the area is less than a minute away, offering access to estuary and offshore fishing. Culburra also has a well equipped and most helpfull tackle and bait shop.

TENNIS & GOLF
Public tennis courts are only a minute walk around the corner from the house and are available for hire most days and nights .
For the golfers there are 2 public golf courses within 15min drive of the house and Nowra has a 1st class 18 hole championship course which is about a 30 min drive.
(details for booking and contact numbers at house)

WALKERS & DAY TRIPPERS
There is nothing better then starting your morning or finishing your day with a walk along one of the most beautiful natural beaches on the coast . Walk north along the beach from the house and you find yourself at Crookhaven Head which offers views to the east of the coastline or look west over the harbour all the way up the Nowra river to Greenwell Point.
Walk south along the beach to Tilbury Cove and beyond to Pelican Head , Every time you walk the beach north or south it is ever changing and it will be a differant experience every time. ( click photo gallery)

Myself and 7 friends stayed here for the weekend to unwind from our hectic jobs. At the end of the weekend we just didn't want to leave! Luxury accomodation in beautiful surroundings. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great House with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Little extras like CD's and games a real hit with the guests. Fantastic location on a few minutes to the beach. Well worth the visit...Thanks for a great holiday.

We came over from England to visit relatives. As there was 7 of us we wanted to have a place of our own. Seastay proved perfect, with a variety of living areas we could always find space. Seastay is magnificent. We have holidayed in villas all over Europe and can say Seastay matched the best.
We have told our family and friends here. So be warned book early!!

Our summer holiday at Seastay has been wonderful. Plenty of thoughtful touches for arrival and meticulously clean. Situated in a very quiet and private cul-de-sac Seastay has everything you could want in a holiday house and more. Dolphins, wrens, bowerbirds, black cockatoos and even a fairy penguin at Orient Point were some of the many highlights of our holiday. We would highly recommend Sestay for anyone in serious need of some R & R. Lovely owners to deal with.

The photos don't do this property justice. What a great house!! More than enough room for the kids to be entertained and adults to have peace. The beach was beautiful and so easy to get to. Highly recommend for a group escape.

Have been meaning to go to the guestbook again for ages. Our 2nd holiday at Sea Stay was fantastic. This time we took some friends who were blown away by the house. They just didn't believe us when we told them how wonderful the house was and how we could all stay in one house & still have our privacy. Played golf at 2 local courses & then came back for relaxing evenings on the balcony taking in the wonderful beach views with the odd glass of wine & a beautiful meal cooked on the gourmet Bar-b-que. Locals will tell you of the local "fishing hole" where you can virtually pick your fish. Congratulations to the owners for a magnificent house which feels like home. Life doesn't get any better than this!!!!

A great house that lives up to it's description. great design, great views and a great place to unwind without having to give up all the mod' con's (oven was perfect for 2 massive standing racks of veal slow cooked for 8 hours). Great surfing and fishing options and great owners to deal with. Flexible pricing option was a cut above most. Thanks for the stay.

This house is outstanding! Every need is met with comfort and style. The many sitting areas allowed for our party of eight to obtain privacy at any time. We have recommended this property to everyone we know! We stay in many holiday homes and Seastay was without a doubt, the best house we have ever stayed in!!!
