This Airconditioned Unit is tastefully decorated and centrally located, within close walking distance of the CBD, Paved walk with piers, clubs, supermarkets and other facilities. Fishing charters, Catalina golf course, bowling club, swimming beaches are less than 10 minutes car drive. The Unit is in a quiet location, part of a boutique three-unit complex, with attractive gardens and overlooking the local water gardens. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is spacious and comfortable. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan; the second bedroom has two single beds (not bunks). There is sleeping accomodation for FOUR PERSONS only. Both rooms have built-in robes. Garage under the roofline with auto roller door and internal access. The Unit and garage are all on one level with no step access through the garage.

The Unit has good ambience, is well appointed, and a very relaxing place to stay.
It is policy that no pets are allowed, no smoking, and no noise after 11 pm.

Flexible arrival and departure times are availabe by arrangement.

Sheets, pillowcases and towels are required. Doonas with covers, and pillows are supplied.
