Warwick House

Warwick House in Fremantle offers self-catering short-term rental accommodation in a quiet location just a stroll from the cafes, historic pubs and harbourside restaurants and boardwalks of downtown Fremantle. Beaches and golf courses too are walking distance or a minute or two by car.

Like 'Freo' itself, Warwick is gracious and historic but at the same time easygoing, warm and informal. With two bedrooms, large private entrance hall, patio and garden there's plenty of space to eat and play together or to escape for a quiet read or rest.

Flexible

Warwick is also flexible, accommodating singles, couples, families and groups of friends.

Our tariff structure reflects this: the base rate is $140 per night (single or couple), plus $20 per night per extra person (just to cover laundry, cleaning etc.) E.g. a family of 4, or two couples travelling together, would pay $180, or 4 singles would pay $200.

Longer stays and specials

If you're planning a longer Fremantle stay, we're happy to arrange Warwick to suit your needs. For example some guests sleep in the second bedroom, using the main suite for dining, entertaining and lounging. Parents with youngsters, on the other hand, sometimes prefer to have kids' beds nearby, using the second bedroom as a quiet escape.

We do offer discounts and specials for longer stays. These vary with seasons and holidays, so if you're thinking of a staying week or more ask us about this when you email.
